Water New Zealand are holding an event as a part of their Stormwater 2024 Conference in Wellington for students in years 12/13.
This event allows for high school students to meet and learn from recent graduates about what a career in stormwater could look like. Students will learn about the different areas/disciplines which contribute to creating a sustainable environment for the future, including technology, science, research, ecology and more.
This event will be held at the Tākina Wellington Convention and Exhibition Centre in Wellington on Tuesday 14 May between 9.00am – 3.30pm. Morning tea and lunch will be provided.
If you have students who would be interested in attending, please RSVP by 17 April to [email protected] with the number of students and name and contact details of the teacher/staff member(s) also attending. Please note a teacher/staff member must be in attendance, noting this event might be of particular interest for staff working in the technology, science, and wider careers space.
