TENZ Wednesday Webinar | Pūhoro STEMM

This presentation introduces Pūhoro STEMM, a program designed to empower Māori rangatahi in science, technology, engineering, mathematics, and Mātauranga Māori (the second “M” in STEMM). Mātauranga Māori is incorporated through the concepts of tuakiri (identity) and pūrākau (storytelling), encouraging rangatahi to explore their heritage while tackling STEMM challenges. The presentation will highlight two specific challenges, aiming to inspire others in similar roles to drive positive change on STEM pathways for rangatahi.
