The Government has confirmed that eight new Industry Skills Boards (ISBs) will replace the six current Workforce Development Councils from 1 January 2026.
This is particularly relevant for anyone delivering Skill and Unit Standards in Hospitality, Textiles, Resistant Materials, Engineering, and other vocational pathways that rely on consent to assess, moderation support, and industry-aligned guidance.
What does this mean for you?
No change to how you currently use the portal for consent to assess, moderation submissions, or reporting. Continue to log in as usual.
The only difference will be updated branding and terminology once ISBs go live.
Please note: the portal will be unavailable from 18 December – 5 January while updates are made.
New Moderation Email Addresses (effective 5 January 2026)
